- Wall Pads We manufactures high quality gym wall padding
to provide heavy-duty protection for indoor impact areas. Ideal
for basketball courts, gymnastics areas, wrestling rooms, rehabilitation
centers, any surface area where padding is needed. Protective
Coverings Inc. standard pads bond a 2" thick, 3.5 lb. density,
polyurethane foam to a 7/16" thick wafer board and then
fully wraps the unit. We use a vinyl-coated polyester covering,
enhanced by a leather-like emboss pattern. Coverings come in
a variety of colors Optional materials: a 2" thick pad
with a 6 lb. density; a 1-1/2" thick polyurethane pad with
a 3.5 lb. or 6 lb. density; a 1-1/4" thick polyethylene
foam pad; a 3/8" class 1 fire rated plywood backer; Vonar®
interlining, a flame retardant material. (Vonar® is a registered
trademark of Dupont.)

will custom make pads in any shape or size,including those
for columns, beams, doors and stage fronts. All pads are manufactured
in one-piece construction. Laced, round post pads without a wafer
board backing are available. All standard Wall Pads include a 1"
lip on the top and bottom for easy installation over finished or unfinished
walls.
Class
A Flame Retardant Wall Pads
Protective Coverings Inc's flame retardant wall pads have been
tested as a singular unit and given a "Class A" rating
in accordance with ASTM-E84 and NFPA 255 test procedures.
